Your Rights Under UK Consumer Law
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (the “cooling-off period”). You then have 14 days to return the goods.
How to Return an Item

- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
- Please include your order number and a copy of the invoice in your return package.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described.
Refunds
- We will issue a full refund for returned items that comply with the above conditions.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
Exceptions
Some items are exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons (e.g., mattresses, bedding) or if they have been used or damaged after delivery.
